It was almost a blog!
When I started this website, my intention was to create a blog filled with insightful takes on my travel journey. And whilst there is a bit of that, what has organically developed however is much more of a scrapbook of thoughts, opinions, experiences and stories. It is personal, random, and hopefully vaguely unserious.
It is what travelling is to me:
A collection of wild and wonderful moments, documented to be enjoyed.
I hope greatly that you do :)

Stopovers in my small town
Lessons from the town that I had thought had nothing left to teach me.

Life on the Island: an excerpt from a day on Long Island, NY
Long island. better known to me as the home of the legend Billy Joel, was the first stop on our North American adventure.
